an introduction to ClassicFlix complaints...

I have had a ClassicFlix account for several months now. It has become increasingly clear to me that the company has no intention whatsoever of ever properly fulfilling the "unlimited" rental plans it offers. No matter how quickly you send things back, they simply will not send more than two shipments to a customer in one month, period. On the rare occasions when it seems like they're about to go over their own quietly self-imposed shipping limit, you find that the shipment has somehow gotten lost in the mail. If you are (or were) a CF subscriber, please post your experiences here. I'd like to gather as much information as I can, with an eye toward making some kind of case against them, either through legal means, or perhaps an appeal to the Better Business Bureau.
